Payment Policy

Advance Payment
A 40% advance payment of the total booking amount to be received in bank is required to secure your any reservation. This payment must be made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Failure to pay this amount within the specified time frame may result in the release of the reservation without further notice.
Final Payment
The remaining 60% of the total booking amount is due at least 14 days before the check-in date.
If full payment in bank account is not reflected by this deadline, the booking will be considered unconfirmed and may be subject to cancellation without refund of the advance payment. You are required to inform all guests that their payment should reflect in our AED bank account within the stipulated time and transfer needs to be made in advance accordingly. Please do not suggest international bank transfers for bookings less than 30 days. Payments for enquiries less than 30days should be made collected via credit card or cash unless it is a local bank.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed once the full payment has been received. Guests to receive an official confirmation email once payment is complete.
Extensions
For extension of a staying guest it is required payment to be received upfront. If it is last minute booking and booking should be created once the full payment has been received in bank. Guests to receive an official confirmation email once payment is complete. No promises should be made to guests regarding extension requests until payment is received and the extension is confirmed. The calendar must be kept updated to accept new bookings.
Registration card: -All bookings to have guest signature unless any technical error. If extensions are made and each registration card to be signed without fail. Smart locks dates to be matching.
Last minute extension: - Only to be taken via payment link or cash. No adjustment in security deposit.
Balance Payment Communication
Sales or reservations agent in contact with the guest to ensure the remaining balance is paid before arrival. Follow-up must be conducted, even if guest relations is assigned to collect the balance.
Monthly Bookings Communication
All monthly bookings should be confirmed via email or the guest portal, avoiding WhatsApp communications. This ensures that property information, pricing, and booking policies are properly reviewed by the guest before booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before Arrival
Guests may cancel their booking and receive a full refund with an administration fee of AED 500, provided the cancellation request is made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date.
Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of Arrival
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date. This includes the 40% advance payment and any payments made toward the total booking amount.
No Refunds on or After Booking Start Date
Once the booking has started, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or any unused nights of the confirmed reservation.
Guest Communication
The above cancellation policy must be communicated to all guests well in advance through email.
